The Space:
This pet-friendly, 1-bedroom / 1-bathroom cabin features whitewashed pine shiplap interior and tasteful beach-themed furnishings throughout.
In addition to the King bedroom, there is a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
This cabin is centrally located in Hochatown, less than 5 minutes from Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, and several other popular local attractions and restaurants.
Master Bedroom & Bathroom (sleeps 2):
The master bedroom features a king bed, two nightstands, large dresser, closet, Smart TV, and ceiling fan. The room opens to an en suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The master suite also has private access to the back deck.
Indoor Living Room (sleeps 2):
Open floor plan with Smart HDTV, coastal cottage décor with splashes of Earth tones and calm blues, indoor gas fireplace, two chairs, ceiling fan, and foyer table. The living room also features a queen-size sleeper sofa perfect for kids.
Outdoors:
The back deck has two separate seating areas - one under a pergola and one beside an outdoor fireplace. The back deck also includes a gas grill, hot tub, Smart TV, ceiling fan, and dining table with seating for 4. Step down the stairs for a little nighttime stargazing by the wood-burning fire pit.
Kitchen and Dining:
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare and eat meals during your stay. In the kitchen you will find standard appliances including a gas stove top, island with barstool seating for 3, Keurig coffee maker, blender, a full knife set, crock pot, can opener, toaster, grilling tools, ice maker, drinkware, flatware, and dishware. There is also a dining table with seating for 4.
General Information:
This cabin is pet-friendly with payment of the pet fee. Smart TVs are capable of accessing guests' personal subscription services. Full-size washer and dryer available in the laundry closet. Pull-thru driveway great for boat parking. Please also note that this property uses exterior surveillance cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the cabin's entrances. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-April). Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 4, no exceptions.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home. However, if they wish to use the fire pit, please make sure that you purchase your own firewood.
