Staff was amazing! Check in was easy. The rooms were spacious. The only opportunities that are being missed are cleanliness of the room, our room’s couch was covered in another guest’s hair fallout. The other opportunity was the elevators made really weird noises after a few uses throughout the day, kind of off-putting, but luckily the hotel doesn’t have many floors so we leveraged the stairs when needed.
