The Bolt: Ground Floor Apartment
This lovely compact two bedroom apartment is a lovely place to stay in Bristol, although out of the centre it boasts free street parking and good transport links to Bristol & Bath Situated in the heart of the community in St George is this newly renovated two bedroom apartment just a 10 minute drive from the city centre. Its quirky decor seamlessly blend with modern design to create a well-balanced home and is walking distance to independently owned shops, eateries and St George park. You enter the private front door on the ground level into a lovely under cover patio courtyard area where you will find a table with two chairs and storage for coats and shoes, there are two steps down into this area. The apartment is through another door and into the cosy kitchenette, living and dining area. There is a sofa, dining table with two chairs, books and reading material, wifi and a smart TV. This area features a kitchenette equipped with crockery, cups, mugs, cutlery, cooking utensils and has a hob/stove with two rings, kettle, toaster, microwave, small fridge and small freezer. There is a vacuum, mop, iron and ironing board. Please note this is not a full kitchen but is the perfect space for preparing hot drinks, breakfast and using the microwave or hob. There is not a washing machine in this apartment, there is a launderette a 10 minute walk away (Whites Launderette). There is a doorway in the living room that leads through to a bathroom with a shower. Through the next door you will be able to access the two adjoining bedrooms. Bedroom one has bunk beds with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top, each bed has a light on the wall to use. There is a chair to sit on, a bedside table with lamp and a shelf unit which has a selection of board games to use. Though the next doorway is bedroom two. Bedroom two has a single bed, a chair to sit on, a desk with a chair and a wardrobe Due to the size of the apartment, we would recommend booking this for 1-3 adults or 2 adults and 1/2 children. We kindly ask for no parties or loud music. Smoking is not permitted inside the property or in the undercover courtyard area as this has a roof and is classed as inside. You will have private access to the whole property during your stay Drive: Street parking is free on Beaconsfield Road, Northcote Road and the surrounding side streets. Church Road has a two hour limit -Bus: there is a bus stop a few steps away from the property. You can catch the number 44 or 45 bus into the centre of Bristol. -Tier scooters -Taxis & uber also operates in the area
If early check in or late check out is requested, fees will apply to cover cleaner’s costs. We will accommodate this where possible. Lost keys will be charged at £50 Strictly no smoking within the property or building. Please go outside of the main front door to smoke - a £200 additional fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
