The location is handy and big Westfield Shopping Centre is just behind the accomodation. Grab & Go type of breakfast is free. One of the receptionists who happened to be a first-aid qualified guy was very helpful though treating my husband's big toe burises and cut during the stay. However, the housekeeping is a bit disappointed. They are normally done pretty late during the day and some of the things, like dishwasher tablet and coffee satchels are sometimes not replaced. Also, the toilet paper are too thin though and the toilet has no shelves to store toiletries. They only have cabinet underneath the basin which is hardly to reach.

Good hotel, but shoddy maintenance

Power in room kept tripping turning AC and lights on and off randomly through the night. fuse box has an issue, should have been fixed before arrival as it can’t be a new problem for room. Hotel needs to invest to make sure all amenities work in room

A quick overnight between a domestic and international flight. Apartment was 20 minutes from airport. Clean, newer building, apartment met our needs. Smooth checkin. Mall is next door and we were able to get food and some groceries. I would use again.
