Calamvale is one of the best suburbs in Brissy! It is close to all conveniences including several major shopping Centres. We have good neighbours and people here are very friendly. It`s got a low crime rate and the surrounding neighbourhoods are very peaceful. There are many great dining options and so many shops to enjoy.

Good place but alot of problems with the house needs attention and fixing/maintenance

Nice open house but issues with the doors not closing and opening properly for both back , front , Garage door not operable . Smelly Bins not emptied, no dryer, no toaster. Grass not mowed, Lawn not kept in check, flickering laundry light, needs maintenance otherwise a nice place. Premium price but didn't get premium experience.
