The cook was nice .. basic food. Terrible management. Took forever to get check in codes. Paid a lot extra for a little bit later check out. Cleaning staff didn’t get the memo so walked in on me asleep in bed. When I called fo report it, was told I was a liar and cctv showed no one coming in. When I pushed further I was locked out of my room. No one on site is responsible for anything.. might as well sleep at the airport runway.

Great place to stay in Ascot.

The room was in a great location, quiet and clean. 9moy problem was getting into the room. There was a bit of a delay and pin didn't work. The maintenance person was very helpful. We would stay there again.

The actual building was lovely and well kept. The stairs were very steep and several flights so be fit and careful when using them. The location was great. The room was in need of a renovation and there was something wrong with the wiring ?? ( lights were oddly being turned on by power outlets that completely shouldn’t be connected to the particular light system . Also the only power point that worked was behind the tv ..). The windows were double glazed which was absolutely fantastic and very quiet. The check in was easy and no problems. Check out was great too. Would we stay again yes we would .

We found dust on the couch top, the water jug top was dirty and we had to clean it before using, shower screen door frame was showing some dirt/mould. In gerneral, we felt that the presentation could be improved

Bed Bugs !

The room was spacious generally clean to a point. Had the oldest TV and AC I have seen in a long time. Worst part was the partner woke up at 3am with bites all over her, after we pulled back the blankets we could see bed bugs crawling on the sheet. We where leaving for a cruise the next day now she has bites all over her arms and legs. Do not recommend

Rooms run down, air conditioning was so noisy that it prevents sleep. Your choice is a room too hot and stuffy to sleep, or a room too noisy to sleep. Either way, no sleep. No staff on site to solve problems. Very disappointing.
