Check was an issue, took so long to have the customer service help. The room was so small you could barely walk arond the bed. There was no hot water! The reason i recieved was it was due to the rain. Trying to find someonw to replace the toiletries was no existent.

The lak of reception is a small problem but they were contactable immediately on the phone. the rooms were very clean and adequate for my purposes.

The room was OK. Nothing spectacular. But, I found out that I had to scan my ID only AFTER I paid for the accommodation. A clear pre-warning would have enabled me to seek accommodation elsewhere. Management had a warning to shut shower doors to stop activation of fire alarms, or face a fee from the fire brigade. Clearly a laughable and unenforceable threat, all due to poorly chosen fire alarms in the building by its owners

Clean room. No room service. Only saw 1 staff member once. It’s a self service basic hotel. Small rooms but has access to laundry facilities. Really a sleeper hotel only. But cheap!

Dealing with the check in was difficult even with phone calls. The only good thing I can say was the mattress was comfortable… was surprised and annoyed that it was a bunk bed. Shower very tiny.. I am a slight woman and wondered how larger people managed it. Would not stay there again.
