The staff were consistently attentive, responsive, and courteous—assisting with every request and making it a real highlight.
The hotel's location is excellent and fully met expectations.
As advertised on the website and during booking, the property is undergoing renovation. We expected some work, but our room was assigned right next to active areas. The lift lobby and corridor was in a mess with protective sheets and debris on the floor. renovation rooms left open/unattended, and the corridor had dust, debris, and dirt—making it feel disruptive, somewhat insecure, and unclean.
Our room appeared recently renovated/upgraded. Positives included practical modern touches: new power outlets with USB ports, bedside reading lights, and conveniently placed switches.
However, the quality felt inconsistent and rushed.
Bathroom polished tiles extremely slippery when wet (safety concern, especially for elderly or mobility-impaired guests). Unusually high shower curb, awkward/difficult for some. loose wall covering below ventilation, exposed data cables at wall-ceiling corner, visible trunking to light fixture, incorrectly installed door chain.
