Our flight was delayed by 6 hours, which meant we were arriving after the reception hours closed. I sent an email from the airport informing the hotel and the staff was very helpful. They organised and sent me the code to pick the room key from the locker.

Shops were nearby, was close to the pub. Rooms were clean and comfy beds. Outside area needed attention and upgraded eg pool area and smoking area. Pool was clean, just the seating area and pavers. But above all our stay was great, the senior lady (whose name I have forgotten) at the reception was exceptional. So helpful and accommodating.
