Very stressful weekend

We arrived to The Place to be then told they had no booking under our name even though we had a confirmation number and had paid in full. We were turned away and had no place to go as we had travelled quite far to spend the weekend here. We had paid in full and had booked this place months in advance to secure a stay on a busy weekend. Lady we spoke to was unhelpful and didn’t seem to care that we were left in a strange city with nowhere to stay for the weekend! Would not recommend!!
