From November 1- April 15 please be aware that the Utah Department of Transportation and Town of Brighton rules about canyon travel require snow tires (3PMSF) or chains to make it safely up the canyon and to the home. Snow plowing on neighborhood roads is provided by local vendors and intermittent. Cottonwood Lodging does not have control over snow plowing. DO NOT TAKE UBERS OR LYFTS TO THIS PROPERTY. Plan to check in between 4pm-8pm to avoid unplowed roads if it is storming and note that this home can accommodate ONLY 2 vehicles.

Winter Guided Arrival:
- At the request of the neighborhood to ensure that no one gets stuck or lost and disturbs the locals, a staff member will meet you on the main road and guide you to your property. Plan to check in between 4pm - 8pm at the latest. This will allow us to provide assistance if necessary and help to avoid unplowed roads if it is storming. Please do not arrive on your own even if you have stayed with us before. This keeps a positive relationship with the neighbors who appreciate it.

Milly Slopeside Family Vacation

Our stay at this beautiful home was nothing short of spectacular. The stunning floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of the slopes, making every moment inside just as special as those spent outdoors. The house was spacious and well-appointed, with plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate our whole family comfortably. The large kitchen island and expansive dining table made mealtimes a joy.The grandkids had an absolute blast playing in the snow—they had never seen so much in their lives! Watching their excitement was truly priceless. Skiing at Brighton Ski Resort was another highlight of our trip, and having it so conveniently close made our experience even better.This home was the perfect setting for creating unforgettable memories with our children and grandchildren.
