The hotel's staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel's location is amazing, with easy access to the beach, the lanes, restaurants, and tourist attractions. The rooms could do with decorating, and the breakfast could do with more fresh fruits and salad vegetables selection.

Older hotel but nice and comfortable rooms with plenty of space. Close to Brighton Pier with plenty of food and drink options nearby. Staff were very helpful, would definitely stay there again

Great value room, clean and tidy with all the amenities you could need. Only slight downside was it was an internal room, with the window looking onto the main foyer, so no natural light. But otherwise everything was perfect, check in was easy and all staff really friendly.

System was down and front desk staff not empowered to provide early check in even though they were half empty and the rooms were available so instead we had a lobby full of people waiting needlessly Even worse even after checkin time customers asked to prove they had reservations which is not easy if your mobile phone is broken again staff not empowered to just overlook this check for single parent with two toddlers that had had enough waiting
