Property was quite dirty. I had to was all of the cutlery. There were grease smears on the cooker hob. The oven trays and grill were filthy. Did not use because of this. I did not receive the wifi information until 5 days into my stay. This was after leaving messages on owners voicemail. They never got back to me at all. Had to go through a customer complaints procedure with Sykes cottages to get the wifi details. No apology, just an email with a picture of the router (which wasn’t in the flat).
