Come Relax at our newly renovated family lake house! Please keep in mind that we are still adding final touches to the home, we will update this listing as we complete everything. There is a 60' dock, the water is about 4' at the end. There is a fire pit by the water. Brand new 7 person hot tub, pool table, arcade games, kids toys, canoe, kayaks, fishing poles, water toys. Golf course, casino and restaurants near by. There is plenty to do here no matter the season, weather, or occasion!
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

We enjoyed the property. It was perfect for our family. Everyone had their own place to retreat to after having busy days. The view is beautiful. We do wish there was a list of restraunt recommendations for the area. We did get Utica Pizza in North Syracuse. It is sooo good!

Hallmark Fall Girls trip

We had a great time at the Lake House. It had everything we needed, with the exception of a toaster! We thoroughly enjoyed the back patio with its fire place and the hot tub! Although we missed seeing the northern lights, the rest of the trip was a perfect Fall getaway.

The owner was a pleasure to work with. He made special accommodations to meet my families needs without hesitation. The home and location were immaculate. Luxury style living for an amazing price. Extremely kid friendly for all ages. There was something for the entire family!
