Great house! Quiet neighborhood and the hot tub worked great. Host was easy to communicate with and keeps everything clean and operational. Would definitely book with this host again

My gamily and I enjoyed this beautiful property. Everything was perfect, beds very comfortable, location close to beach, hot tub and game room were a hit.Highly recommend.

This home was very clean, comfortable, decorated in a relaxed coastal style Kitchen well stocked . firepit and hot tub added spaces to unwind and enjoy the nice yard. We all enjoyed spending time at Nickerson state park, Nauset beach, and Ptown

Beautiful home, very clean and comfortable. Well laid out for traveling with teens though might have been difficult with little kids as the master is fairly secluded from the other bedrooms. Amazing privacy, the home was like being at home-cozy couches, warm decor, well done kitchen. Highly suggest!!

House was great and good bedroom set up and back yard. Property manager was responsive to get hot tub operational. Only thing on my wish list was cable tv. Otherwise the place is excellent.

Perfect Place for our Young Family

This place is amazing! We were impressed with the cleanliness, decor, and spacious size. We traveled with our 2 year old, 4 year old, and dog. This place was very accommodating for small children and our pet. The hot tub and private backyard were big bonuses, and we frequently enjoyed walking around the quiet neighborhood. The location was great as well - we were 5 mins away from our favorite Brewster beaches as well as Nickerson Park. We were sad to leave this place and hope to visit again soon!

Nice location

Being honest here. The home was not as clean as one would expect, had to rewash towels and bed linens, bbq was dirty.. Dining room rug had a few stains. The bathroom upstairs needs attention. Overall we had a great time, we love cape cod, spent most days in Chatham and at the beach.

Perfect Beach stay

We had a wonderful stay at this location last week. The house was spacious and so well decorated - a beach/chabby chic vibe! Great location in a quiet neighborhood yet close to everything. The back deck and back yard was also a bonus area to hang outside during the beautiful summer week! We would definitely rent again here!

Great week at the Brewster Breakaway!

This rental was beautiful, very clean and spacious for our large family. The kids loved the downstairs pool table area, everyone loved the yard and hot tub, and the master suite was perfect for us and our infant. Great vacation at a great property!
