You will love the screened in porch, a wonderful outside shower, and a simply relaxing and charming atmosphere. Home has 4 large bedrooms and 3 full baths. There is an A/C unit in every bedroom and in the living room. Master bedroom, kitchen and dining room have central air. Private back deck has a gas grill and dining table. Great location to everything the Cape has to offer!

Perfect spot for family

Very comfortable house for all ages. Location makes it walkable to the beach. Lots of rooms. Fabulous screened porch for evening sitting. Nice deck for outdoor dining. Well supplied
