Bear’s place was the perfect place for our family get away! It’s just secluded enough that you feel like you’re away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life but close enough to a few towns that you can grab things you need or forgot. The only semi negative thing about the property is that there are other properties pretty close and the one directly to the right is a bit of an eyesore BUT you can see where they’ve got trees planted for privacy in the future. Overall, a great stay for the price point and the property had all the amenities we needed!

Great place, private wooded area, just like we want. No complaints but one small note: one of the beds was so squeaky, if you moved it would wake you up. Easy to fix and I’m sure they will.

They responded quickly to questions and their recommendations were excellent. The cabin is beautiful and centrally located to all the things we wanted to do. I highly recommend staying at Bear's Place.

The cabin was amazing. The hot tub was perfect. The location is off the beaten path so if you do not have a jeep or something with a little bit more power, it will be a problem. I had a jeep so no issues. Great surroundings. It is very private. But if you have a fear of sitting in a hot tub in an area that is inhabited by wildlife, this is not the place for you. We did not see any but you know they are around. I plan to book this cabin again. Also having the gas grill was amazing. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Excellent Stay!

We enjoyed a weekend away staying at Bear's Place! We wanted to be close to downtown Brevard because of the cute downtown shops and tasty restaurants, but also because of the beautiful waterfalls and hiking trails nearby. We loved the homes modern features, hot tub, and privacy. It was the perfect size for the two of us, while also offering all the amenities we needed for the weekend. The only drawback was the property was a little difficult to find in the dark, but this was probably due to new construction and some current road work in the area. Once we were out and about the next morning, coming and going was a breeze. We also had a small situation arise shortly after arrival and the property managers immediately responded when we reached out. We had a great time and hope to be back soon!

Great hidden gem

The cabin had a brand new interior and all new furnishings. It was quiet and comfortable. It was very close to many of the fun things to do in the area. It was a bit tough to locate initially, but once there, it was an easy in and out. We would stay there again!

Great place to stay! Very clean and quiet neighborhood. 20min drive to DuPont State forest and only a few minutes from downtown Brevard.
