It comprises an entrance hall leading to the different parts of the house: a pleasant living room with a fitted and equipped kitchen (induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee machine) opening onto a dining area (table, chairs, sideboard) and a lounge (sofa, two armchairs, coffee table, large flat-screen TV).

From the lounge, there is access to an alcove bedroom (closed off by a curtain): a double bed (140cm) and storage (also accessible via a door from the entrance).

From the entrance, a hallway leads to a second bedroom, a toilet, and the bathroom (shower, vanity unit, towel warmer, and washer/dryer).

Bedroom 2: a double bed (140cm), a washbasin (vanity unit + sink) + flat-screen TV.

The living room opens onto the garden in front of the house, furnished with garden furniture (table, chairs), a parasol, and an electric griddle. Parking is available for one car in front of the house.
