Located in La Parée, 400m from the ocean, in a quiet area, house in condominium (with owner living on site) completely independent of 90m2 and tastefully furnished. The accommodation for 6 people consists of an entrance with cupboard, a 35m2 living room: living room with TV and internet, dining area, and fitted kitchen (large fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven multifunctional), 3 bedrooms (2 double beds and 2 twin beds, cupboards), bathroom with wc and shower (new condition).
The outdoor area is made up of an 18m2 veranda for lunch, a utility room (gas hob, washing machine, sink), a large terrace (south / east) with awning, and a a fully fenced patio available parasol, garden furniture, barbecue, sunbathing.
Sheets and household linen on request (€ 60 for 6), end of stay cleaning offered (€ 80). On request, material available for young children. Tourist tax not included.
Pets not allowed.

At the edge of the Atlantic Ocean Brétignolles-sur-Mer is a family and relaxing seaside resort. Its seaside is fitted out with pedestrian paths and numerous cycle paths. You can enjoy its 4 supervised beaches, its sailing school, along the wild coast and its dunes.
The town center (900m away) is animated by its market, its halls located near a large area where you can stock up on excellent local products. Many activities are organized in the evening.
Nearby: visit to the Vendée miniature museum, discovery of the nearby seaside resorts: Les Sables d'Olonne 30mn, St Gilles-Croix-de -Vie 15mn, Saint-Jean-de-Monts 60mn, not to mention the essential discovery Puy du Fou and evening cinéscénie which should be reserved.
Nantes airport is 1 hour 15 minutes.
Price 120 € per night April to June / September-October, minimum 5 nights.
And € 1,250 euros per week in July and August.
