    Nous avons dû récupérer la clé dans un coffre-fort et n'avons jamais rencontré la personne qui l'avait loué. Le studio était propre et calme, et le parking pratique. La proximité du tramway était appréciable. Le quartier est multiracial, sûr et dispose de commerces de proximité, d'une bonne crêperie et d'un restaurant turc. Sinon, le quartier est dominé par les fast-foods, ce qui n'était pas à notre goût. L'allée d'accès au studio est à nettoyer, ainsi que le couloir et l'escalier (20 m) à rafraîchir.

    Le logement correspond parfaitement à l’annonce. La propreté est impeccable, et l’emplacement du studio au bord de la rue principale de Brest facilite les déplacements. Le propriétaire de l’appartement est disponible et réactif. Merci pour ce séjour ! 😉
