In the heart of the episcopal city of Bressanone (Brixen), in a central spot close to the enchanting old town, you will find the apartment house "Nice Living". The 58 m² apartment "Nice 4" consists of an open living/dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people, one well-equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom. The modern apartment overlooks the alleys of the city and can accommodate up to 5 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi (suitable for mobile working and video conferences) and satellite TV. If requested in advance, a baby crib and a children's high chair can be provided free of charge. On sunny days, the private, furnished balcony invites you to enjoy breakfast outdoors and spend some relaxing hours. Due to the ideal location, bakeries, grocery stores, restaurants and public transport are in the immediate vicinity. In just a few steps you are in the middle of the beautiful old town with boutiques and stores. The BrixenCard is exclusively available to all guests of the "Nice Living" apartment house at no extra cost. Tolle Unterkunft mitten in Brixen

Diese Ferienwohnung ist wirklich super! Mitten in Brixen - zum Dom sind es keine 5 Minuten und in die andere Richtung ist der Busbahnhof in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Von hier kann man mit Bussen in alle Ausflugsgebiete fahren - und mit dem Südtirolpass, den wir vom sehr herzlichen und freundlichen Inhaber der Wohnung quasi schon bei unserer Ankunft am Bahnhof per Mail bekommen haben, fährt man frei mit allen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln! Die Wohnung ist perfekt und modern ausgestattet, hat einen schönen Balkon, ein großes Bad und es gibt sogar einen Fahrstuhl. Wir hätten es nicht besser treffen können! Danke für diese schöne Frühlings-Urlaubs-Woche in Brixen.
