It was a fine stay with no major complaints
No major problems with the condo. About a four to five minute walk to base of Silverthorne lift. No need for a car as town is all walkable from here. Could use a mirror somewhere else in the condo besides just bathroom. Put one on bedroom door or on a wall in bedroom or living room. Bathroom fan sounds like a jet taking off.

Beautiful place, but very loud road noise if windows are open
This place is beautiful, in very convenient location, well-equipped/well-maintained with a huge, amazing tub! However, we wouldn’t stay again in the summer because the windows need to be open and the road noise is loud (since it faces a main road.)

Parking confusion will cost you more than your stay
Check in was bad. One text and only sent a few hours before check in. Tried to contact them to see if I could get in earlier but no communication. Property managed by Summit and they do not have a good handoff with Vacasa. You pick your keys up at the counter of Vacasa at the base of the building and they just reference your name from a spreadsheet - there is no way for Vacasa to know if the room is ready unless they call (and can get ahold of) Summit.
The good: spacious condo, good bedding, comfortable for 2 people. Location is great at the top of Main so lots of stores and about a 7 minute walk to the lift. Skis are stored at Charter and not in the condo but if you need your ski's before 8am for travel, do not leave them at Charter. Pool was 86, hot tub 101.
The bad: walk outside to use the hot tubs, it's about 75 yards of walking outside. No guest book (that could've avoided my parking issue) to spell out rules in condo. Wrong wifi and password provided at check in by Vacasa.
The UGLY: PARKING. at check in, they give you a map and tell you not to park on 1st floor and park in the yellow section. Parked in yellow section but missed it was for retail. Although I had the Vacasa parking permit on my rear view mirror with the check out date and their phone number, they gave me a ticket.......4 nights in a row. Once I parked, I never went back to the car. More than five Benjamins for 4 nights parking. Appealed and denied. Thanks alot Vacasa/Summit.
