Host was very responsive and welcoming. The condo was very clean and well represented. The location right at the base of Peak 7 and next to the gondola was excellent. We would definitely stay here in the future.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The quality and condition of the unit was very nice and taken care of. Unfortunately, both bedroom windows are just a few yards from the gondola. The gondola starts up around 6 a.m. so you hear the noise from the gondola starting up and then running all day. Not a very peaceful or restful place to stay.

Summer stay; excellent location. Could use a safe as it is on the first floor and in the summer with no air conditioning; you have to keep the windows open.

Breckenridge Peak 7 New Year

The check in process was as described in the info received, but only included two key cards...for five registered guests which made logistics challenging as the key cards are required to use amenities (hot tub, ski locker, fitness center). The location at the base of peak 7 was awesome and the amenities were good. Would definitely stay again!
