One of the worst hotel I have ever been

Not suitable for business stays. The hotel was like kindergarten. I could not sleep because around 20-25 kids were running and playing in the coridor of the hotel all night. And the issue is the responsible person were not around them to take care of them. In my last night I sleep only for few hours after I tell the reception that I am going to call the police because of the noise.

Great, definitely recommend and would stay again.

Staff was excellent from start to finish. Quick and proficient, everything from help to room service was great and completed in a timely fashion. Rooms were nice and clean and the minibar was on par. Hotel staff were friendly and informative. One guy in particular was a real help, making suggestions and ordering cabs. Family of 3 and we loved it..

Ottimo....per tutto e per tutti!

C'è stato qualche male inteso con la carta di credito nella prenotazione, ma attribuisco questo ad un problema più di lingua. Ma problemi risolti prima di arrivare. Io ci tornerei in questo hotel e per tanto lo consiglio a tutti. Manca la cassaforte in camera, distrattamente ho lasciato circa 300 euro...li ho trovati dove li ho lasciati. Credo che con questo dico molto sulla serietà del personale!
