A very nice condo to stay in, roomy, nice comfortable furniture, no bad smells. Beautiful surroundings with trees and hills. One of our favorites. It has been here over 20 years but they do a wonderful job of updating and improving your stay.
We enjoyed our late October stay but weren't very impressed with the area. The condo was very comfortable and overlooking the lake. Perhaps it has a different feel in the summer. We left a night early and drove up to Branson which we enjoyed more.
Were booked in this facility because their other facility was overbooked. Were shocked to see a empty parking lot, no holiday decorations, no life signs at all. The only office was at the other bigger facility. As soon as we entered the room I was shocked. What was billed a studio was a bed, small round table and 2 chairs, tv, bathroom and kitchenette smaller than the previous bedroom alone. The refrigerator could not Hood an eighth of what we had in the other suite. The room was filthy, air vents were blowing dirt onto the ceiling. The bathroom had hair on the counter, shower floor was stained, bed was only a double with a mattress that should have been replaced years ago. The dust ruffle really fulfilled its name. The one night we stayed there I became immediately ill. The next day we were put in the adjacent room that was almost exactly the same as the previous facility. I would not stay there again! We heard another customer had similar complaints.
Check-in was lengthy and tedious, although we had completed the entire reservations process previously on-line and presented all necessary paperwork. It was "a game of 20 questions", too much repetition. Had to go to another location to check-in. Then were sent to yet another location, to pick up parking pass. Someone was trying to give us a "time-share" sales pitch everytime we turned around. Very annoying. Also rec'd a phone call in our room on day 2 trying to give us a sales pitch. We were (surprised) required to pay a $75 "cleaning fee" (for 3-nmght stay) at check-in in additional to all the other charges and fees we had already pre-paid. Upon entering the room, we noticed the bathroom trash had not been emptied, which made us wonder about the overall cleanliness of the room... The walls were paper thin. We could hear all conversations and TV next door. And, every foot step above us. The mattress was truly the most uncomfortable we have ever experienced when travelling... My guess is, it was an extremely cheap mattress - felt like sleeping on a pile of cardboard. Not a good time.
Off the strip but close to shopping and activities. I would ask for a top floor room, lots of stomiping could be heard at times! If you want indoor swimming ir thw rec room, it is at the mother resort down the road.
We stay at many of the timeshares. they have had a hard time in the past few years so they can be rented like a hotel. they are always nice but we always get, if we can, the full kitchen and washer and dryer. just like home. It's a small apartment. We usually get a ground floor because many of the older buildings do not have elevators. we always have 2 bins of food with us plus our clothes. we don't eat out a lot. if the buildings have elevators it doesn't matter what floor we are on. the buildings themselves are well kept up. the beds are terrific, furniture is good. this one had a screened in porch. I would rather stay in one of these than a RV. It's a great way to travel! Try it you might like it!
This is a wonderful location in Branson-close to restaurants, shows, and attractions. We stayed in one bedrooms units that had full kitchens, large bathrooms, and washers and dryers. It was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The buildings do not have elevators and we were on the second floor, but they offered help to unload the car and carry it all up, which was greatly appreciated! Help was also provided when we leaving.
We have stayed in these condos 4 or 5 times. They are conveniently located and yet secluded. We have been staying in Branson twice a year, for a week each time, for a number of years. These condos are always considered, if they have space available.
This is a very nice place with large rooms and a nice kitchen. I don't like going out for every meal and I like to cook up a late night snack. We had a washer and dryer in the room which is nice. Parking was good. The only thing I didn't like was the staff left the washer in the room filled with water and cleaning rags. I did their wash and dried them.I will stay there again when I go to Branson even if I have to do their wash. lol
Studio room with partial kitchen. The room itself was nice, bed was comfortable, bathroom shower was nice too. However no extra blankets or towels or pillows. Called every morning to upsell us timeshares except for the morning we had to get up to check out!! We asked for extra blankets the first morning they called and woke us up and informed them the second morning they woke us up that we never received them. The bed was comfortable but small. We’re used to a king size bed though. We were charged $90 points exchange for the room (using my dads timeshare) $75 cleaning fee and they charge $100 just in case you damage anything that’s refunded after you’ve left and not damaged anything. I wouldn’t recommend. There’s plenty of places with nicer, larger rooms for cheaper that don’t wake you up daily.
