We have stayed in these condos 4 or 5 times. They are conveniently located and yet secluded. We have been staying in Branson twice a year, for a week each time, for a number of years. These condos are always considered, if they have space available.
This is a very nice place with large rooms and a nice kitchen. I don't like going out for every meal and I like to cook up a late night snack. We had a washer and dryer in the room which is nice. Parking was good. The only thing I didn't like was the staff left the washer in the room filled with water and cleaning rags. I did their wash and dried them.I will stay there again when I go to Branson even if I have to do their wash. lol
Studio room with partial kitchen. The room itself was nice, bed was comfortable, bathroom shower was nice too. However no extra blankets or towels or pillows. Called every morning to upsell us timeshares except for the morning we had to get up to check out!! We asked for extra blankets the first morning they called and woke us up and informed them the second morning they woke us up that we never received them. The bed was comfortable but small. We’re used to a king size bed though. We were charged $90 points exchange for the room (using my dads timeshare) $75 cleaning fee and they charge $100 just in case you damage anything that’s refunded after you’ve left and not damaged anything. I wouldn’t recommend. There’s plenty of places with nicer, larger rooms for cheaper that don’t wake you up daily.
The Wyndom Falls resort is removed from amenities offered, but was quiet and well located to attractions in town. We would chose this place again. There is a pool on property, but all other amenities were at the larger resort 1 1/2 miles away.
I switched my points to take 2 nights in Branson, MO, I pay for my maintenance which is broken down into points, I paid a switching fee to RCI To use the Wyndham resort. Upon arrival I was told I Had to pay $75 for housekeeping,. I stayed in a hotel room for 2 nights & was charged the additional $75. Well what is house keeping, they never entered Room to make the bed or change the towels. I usually don't complain but I will tell you everything that went wrong here. 2 people in a hotel room called studio, 2 towels to shower with, what women can wash her hair & shower using one towel, my husband used a towel, so we had to share. Walking out of room it smelled like cat piss. We had 2 windows on ground floor, we couldnt open rolling shades cause there was no sheers or blinds & everyone could see into room our bed & straight into the bathroom. So we slept & stayed in a cave like room. The AC kept waking me up at night every time it turned on sounded like a storm outside. No extra pillows or blankets, we both woke up with stiff necks. The comforter was in a cover and kept slipping to end of bed but the sleeve it was in stayed, very uncomfortable for covers but the bed was comfortable. They want you to go to their seminar regarding time share but they say it isn't time share selling, they want you to change your resort to theirs I think. They try to push you going to this. I didn't go. At the units at the falls you are miles away from main lodge so if you want to participate in activities or use the gym u need to drive there. We got there late at night & left early in the morning to enjoy Branson, so we didn't contact desk about anything, like I said I really don't complain. Coming back to the room it was after 11pm & seeing no housekeeping after paying $75 made me mad. The next morning we checked out & at checkout I asked to speak to a manager. This young girl came who was a manager, she said we should have told them of the issues yesterday & they could have been taken care of, maybe, but when u r there only 2 nights & 1 day, we were out of the room all day & didn't think about it till we came back. I didn't want to call at 11pm. She said RCI is the one to charge the housekeeping but Wyndham is the one in charge couldn't they override the housekeeping fee? She said "l'm sorry" That's all they could do for me. "I'm sorry" Unless I wanted to go for the time share experience I could get $150 back after the 2 hour presentation. It would have been better to get a room at another resort, the total cost would have been cheaper & they would have made the bed & given me clean towels.
We went for our anniversary and stayed in a 1 bd dlx with a jacuzzi tub. Check in was easy and they were quick, friendly, and super helpful! While it is about a mile from the other two (and check in location) it was So pretty and really peaceful! The room was large and clean. The pool was outside, but all we had to do was call for a pick up or drive to either of the other locations and do anything we wanted for free! Inside pool, hot tub, or activities. We will be going back with our kids. Thank you guys!!
Had a 2 day weekend planned drove down to check in and figured that's where we were staying no drive to another location. So after all the hassle of checking in they charge me another 14 when I get there was so tired from driving there and trying to get checked took 30 minutes to get checked in didn't even bother to ask what this was for? Rooms were nice. No hot tub only an outdoor pool. Called our room the next morning at 9 to see if we wanted to take a tour!!! Never staying with Wyndham again!!!
Excellent accommodations. Falls Village is quiet and separated from the Wyndham at the Meadows. Room was clean and comfortably furnished. Staff was courteous and helpful.. Easily accessable to Branson shows, The Landing, and Table Rock Lake/Dam.
We stayed at Wyndham Branson at the Falls the first week of June. It was a wonderful place to stay. It is not very far from the strip, yet it is quiet and secluded. Loved having the extra space and a tv for each of us. Having use of a kitchen with all of the cookware, etc. definitely saved us money. And the convenience of an in unit washer and dryer was so handy! Some might have a problem with the fact that there are no elevators. We were on the 2nd floor and it wasn't a problem. If you have children that like a lot of options, there is only a pool at this location. But you can drive or take the shuttle to one of their other nearby locations for other activities. Parts of the kitchen could have used updating, but it didn't really bother us. The unit was nice and clean and served us well. Would stay there again.
We were supposed to be staying at wyndham meadows, but somehow Expedia screwed up and put us at the falls. We made the best of it by utilizing the free shuttle to the pools and amenities at the meadows. The falls has one pool, no hot tub or baby pool. Just a small, basic pool. That would be fine if we weren't traveling with 3 teens and expecting something quite different. The unit itself was nice and comfortable. The noise from other guests was a little much, not sure if that was because of thin walls or rude people. Our bathtub looked as if it had not been cleaned, I scrubbed it before we used it, easy enough. Just not the best feeling to see a dirty tub. I think it must have been a genuine accident because the rest of the unit was clean and tidy. Peaceful area, at night it was so quiet and relaxing. So our only complaints were the small pool with uncomfortable seating and a dirty tub that was easy enough for me to clean, just wish I didn't have to do that while on vacation. Shuttles were a great service, and everyone working at both resorts were helpful and friendly.
