The property is definitely undergoing upgrades so expect some noise during the day. It was very clean - the condo and the grounds were both well kept. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed. They had activities for kids, nightly happy hour and the pool area was loaded with chairs. The only negative is if you say no to the time share option - they will keep calling (so just don't answer).
