Fireplace was already turned off for the season. Air conditioning was perfect.Toilet kept running and the refrigerator was leaking when we arrived. A phone call to management sent service workers to fix both during our stay.We were unable to enter our unit after 4, because we were sent the wrong code! We called for verification and they apologized for the error. However, we did not get into our unit until after 8, because we had a scheduled performance to get to by 5:30pm. We were planning on checking in around 4 to settle in and unload our baggage and coolers, but that didnt happen!
