The picnic area features charcoal grills and is a great place to cook up a meal and meet other owners and make new friends. 3. The Outdoor Pool closes seasonally beginning the second week in October. The Indoor Pool, Hot Tub, and other outdoor amenities remain open.
4. You will be responsible for any damage to the property caused by you or your party during your stay.
