The room was incredible, loved the rain shower head, full size fridge and washer/dryer. Staff was super nice and upgraded us to a recently renovated room. Absolutely my favorite place to stay in Branson. Just a reminder to see if the indoor pool remodel is done before you stay, wasn’t planning on using it, but when we travel with the grandkids it’s like a mini indoor water park and they love it.

My wife and I stayed for a long weekend at the HVC. With one minor "inconvenience" of the pools being closed for repairs (but honestly, it was 13 degrees outside so I am not so sure that would have been used). Our villa was spacious, inviting and well appointed. The fireplaces - yes fire place (s) - 2, worked so well we didnt turn on the heater. The bathroom shower was wonderful. The grounds were very neat and enjoyable. Overall a wonderful stay.

This room had it all (jetted tub, dishwasher, washer and dryer, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, detergent, etc.) We do wish more pillows and an extra comforter were included considering the hide-a-bed was also in our room. The hotel was clean, and had things going on like s’mores, movie showings, and a free escape room. It was a peaceful stay in January!

We were booked for four nights but stayed three. We had to drive home early due to bad weather reported in our area in Oklahoma. The resort manager refused to give us credit so we were charged for the night we did not stay. I believe an exception could have been made. We were not happy with that decision.
