The night I checked in I unpacked went to have dinner came back to take a shower no water. I called the front desk. She said she'd be right down after 20 minutes of waiting. I went up there told her just give me a key to another room. The next morning I talked to the manager and all I got was a I'm sorry. That's nice that he said I'm sorry I still doesn't rectify the fact of the huge inconvenience. The room was outdated. It was clean. The bed was hard not a good night sleep

The room was clean and I felt very safe at night because of all the lights around the buildings. The staff was great and the lady that does the breakfast was especially friendly. I will stay there again when I return to Branson.
