Very nice 2 bedroom, 2 bath Christmas decorated log cabin. Washer / dryer, full kitchen, dishwasher, full size fridge with ice maker. We enjoyed our stay, just one rub......the propane gas fire place was not working properly. When my wife called the front desk to ask about the strong odor of gas, the maintenance man was sent to our unit. He explained that when the propane tank is low, that they leak and give off the gas odor ?!? He also suggested that we reverse the ceiling fan, so that the air would be drawn to ceiling, yeah, that worked great. It managed to draw the odor to the ceiling and further spread the odor throughout the cabin ! I have had a very nice propane gas grill for years, my tank has been low many times and I have never experienced that...... I guess that explanation was like when a woman goes to get her car serviced and is told that she needs service on her muffler bearings..... This property is owned by Thousand Hills and we have stayed at both of their other properties, The Majestic and their condos next to the golf course. Our stays there were exemplary. While we will be back to Branson again soon, we’re not sure these cabins will be worth the risk.......
The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They checked us in really quickly. We got to our cabin and it was perfect. Its right off the strip but you would never know it while you are there. The bed and pillows were very comfy. We had a two person jetted tub which was a delight. The two person shower was also great as the rain showers each had their own temperature control. We did have a small problem of the hot water going out but they had it fixed within an hour so their maintenance staff is on their game. Be aware though that the plates are not microwave safe so you may want to buy some paper plates for your stay. Overall we couldn't have been happier with our stay.
We rented a semi-rustic double cabin just a block off Hwy 76 over Christmas. We had 4 bedrooms weach with a comfortable king bed. Eachbedroom had its own bathroom. Two had jetted tubs. There is a gas fireplace in each side. The kitchens are well stocked with dishes and silverware. A screened-in porch adds to the living space. The factory outlets are just around the corner. Sleeper couches are uncomfortable beds by nature but the provided ones are old and falling apart. Otherwise everything else was just perfect!
We loved our time in the cabin! We have visited Branson many times and I wanted a different experience. We were able to relax and spend most nights in at the cabin. The only thing that I wish would of been different was the amount of hot water. We barely had enough to fill the hot tub to the jets. Everything else was perfect for us!
The cabins were clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Spent a few days here with extended family. Stayed in number 266 and it was like being in a more secluded area than where we really were. I️ would recommend this place.
We were placed in cabin 110 which is right at the bottom of the hill with a bit of traffic and lacking the peaceful woodsy atmosphere of the cabins up the hill. However, 110 may have once been the model because it was very nicely appointed/decorated, When we asked about the placement, the folks at the office seemed indifferent. Everything about the place was comfortable. However, we couldn't figure how to light up the fireplace and after the frosty call, we didn't want to call the office and ask.
Rented a 2BR 2BH cabin through vrbo. It was all we had hoped it would be and more. Plenty of space 2 nice bedrooms and plenty of space to visit with our friends. Was just off the strip by very secluded and quite. Decorations were perfect for a log cabin. Especially liked the screened in porch.
These comfy cabins our a favorite.. Tucked in the trees, yet minutes from all of the Branson fun! What more could you ask for. The view from our deck was amazing. Plus, all amenities were provided. Great place to slip away from the business of life for a few days. Ahhhhhh!
Beautiful 2 bedroom plus sleeper sofa log cabin right in the middle of Branson, close to the Tanger Outlet Mall but in a quiet stream/trees/ beauty area. Other cabins around but this is the best quality. Recommend. Book through Thousand Hills Golf Resort.
This is a late review - my extended family traveled to the Branson area in July 2014. Our party consisted of myself, my husband and 2 kids, my parents, and 2 adult siblings. We had 2, two bedroom cabins side by side. Both of the cabins were excellent. Clean, great decor, and excellently located adjacent to "the strip" with easy in/out. There was a grocery store close by and we cooked in the large and well equipped kitchens. Drive to Silver Dollar City was quick and easy, with good sightseeing along the way. Kids took advantage of the pools and enjoyed them. I experienced excellent service from Thousand Hills upon check in. Once, when I accidentally locked us out (leaving the keys inside), we phoned Thousand Hills to explain our problem, and they promised to bring another key. We trooped over to wait it out at our family's cabin next door. Before we could even get situated, the staff of Thousand Hills had arrived to let us into our cabin. Unbelievably quick service. I would highly recommend these cabins for extended family stays, or if you just need a little more room to spread out. Great cabins in a great location! I would stay here again.
