Amazing Getaway!!

The Black Sheep Lodge was the best place we have ever stayed!! We can’t wait to stay again! Plenty of activities for the whole family, relaxing hot tub with great views and kitchen was fully stocked for cooking meals!

Great for large family get togethers

The property is perfect for a large group of family & friends of all age ranges. There’s plenty to do within the home (and the community pool)—and the location is great for accessing all the entertainment options in the Branson area.

Super cute, big house just down the street from Silver Dollar City. We only had two families with us but could have fit at least two more. Definitely recommend!

We loved your home. Fit our entire families needs and wants. The kitchen was amazing being fully stocked with appliances and all the dishes, utensils you need. Plenty of space for all and super comfortable and clean. We will back! We loved the decks!

Great place for whole family

We were 19 total. The kitchen is the best equipped we've ever seen. Double appliances was great (dish washers, coffee makers, and washer/drier). Teens loved the game room (adults too).

Outstanding Lodge & Experience! A+

This place is VERY well furnished and decorated, it has a really incredible view of the lake from the back deck, tons of space, and activities galore! We loved that the lodge is accessible without stairs, the beds/sheets were incredibly comfy, and the place was VERY CLEAN. The hosts were also incredibly responsive/helpful and answered all of our questions! We will book this place every year for our annual trip to the area! So glad we made this tip!! :)

Clean and spacious!

This house fit our groups need for spacious living space and well stocked kitchen! Games were great for kids and adults alike. The only drawbacks were on the exterior. A fence is definitely needed to ensure the safety of kids with the construction and drop offs right next to the rough gravel parking spaces.

Amazing spot in Indian Point!

This property is so tastefully decorated and beautiful! We LOVED meeting Earl, the resident black sheep (so unique and fun!), and our family had a great time here. Things we loved: the house was incredibly clean (well worth the cleaning fee), the kitchen was very well stocked, everything is brand new, the game and theater room are incredible, the white noise machines in every bedroom were great with a large group, every bedroom has its own bathroom, the bathrooms are stocked with wonderful soaps and shampoos, the outdoor pool was great for the kids, and the hot tub was great in the evenings. The host's TouchStay Guidebook told us everything we needed to know about the lodge. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Absolutely LOVED our time here!!!

This house is absolutely beautiful and was the perfect place for our family vacation. The property was incredibly clean and fantastic for a big family or multiple families wanting to share a space. We loved the unique decor / theming and the house was so nice that we didn't want to leave! It had everything we needed to cook and spend time with our large family. The hot tub was a great to end our day and we spent a lot of time in the basement playing games. We went to Silver Dollar City (which is SO CLOSE!), rented a boat from Indian Point Marina (just a couple miles down the road), and went to a couple of shows with the kids. Book the Branson Belle - it was awesome! The outdoor pool was great for the kids and it looks like the indoor pool will be open soon (yay!). Communication with the host was super easy and quick! We will definitely be back!

This house was awesome!

This house is perfect if you have a large group going. Some of our group did not make it so we ended up with 12 adults and 4 children. The layout of this house was perfect. When I booked I did not realize how close it is to Silver Dollar City. The two bedrooms with lovely bathrooms on the top floor were perfect for my mom and grandma. We loved that everyone had their own bathrooms! Lots of space in this house. We watched The Polar Express movie in the theatre before we actually rode the Polar Express. We loved our 2023 Thanksgiving in Branson and staying at such a beautiful location. I would highly recommend this property. This was my first time booking a property and it was easy. Thank you Mark, Jessica and Julianna!

Genuinely impressed

This location and experience was perfect. The listing is amazing but actually doesn’t even capture how ideal the property is. The house is huge, but not overwhelming. It is stocked up with all the necessities (kitchen, games, etc.). The view of Table Rock is great from the back decks. It was close enough to anything you’d want to do in the area without being congested. We had kids (5-10 years old) and a couple of teenagers and it is just the right amount of space so everyone feels like they have a place of their own but isn’t too separated from the adults. The hosts are extremely communicative and so willing to help/guide/explain anything you need. We would absolutely be interested in staying here again or at another location owned by these great hosts. Seriously, book it. Do it.
