The resort is very nice, very clean. We had a nice suite with two bedrooms and there was plenty of room. The balcony had a beautiful lookout. Parking was a bit of an issue, especially in the evening. The staff was very friendly, we were even welcomed with a cup of hot chocolate!

We got an updated 1 bedroom. It was nice and big for the 4 of us. Hot tub in the bedroom was nice as well. The staff was great. It's nothing special, but it was clean and it hot all the boxes with our family. We will be returning.

A friend and I spent 4 days, 3 nights in Branson and stayed at the Falls Village Resort. We were met by very friendly and helpful staff upon arriving. We checked into our rooms and found the rooms to be clean and adequate, though dated. For Fall, we experienced some warm temps and the AC didn't work. I tried opening a window and it fell out of the track in my hands. So, though nice enough, it did need some maintenance attention. Having said that, I would stay there again.

We are Bluegreen owner and stay at this property almost monthly while on business. The last two times we’ve stayed, our room is beyond dirty and in much need of updating. The carpets are stained and the grout on the tile is black with grime. I received a survey from Bluegreen after my last visit to let them know about my stay and I expressed my concerns. Several days later I received a phone call from the resorts GM apologizing for my displeasure of my stay. Although, this was a nice gesture, I knew it would probably fall on deaf ears. We already had our next reservation made at this location for work, so we decided to give them another chance. We checked in with no trouble, but once again the room we received was no better than the last. I’ve already booked my December business trip while in the Branson area and will not be staying at The Falls. We sure hope they take all the constructive criticism to heart and clean this resort up! Such a shame to see this property go down hill because it really is convenient to so many things in Branson.

We stayed here through Blue Green time share sampler program. Nice studio unit, but walls are paper thin. Could hear next door's conversations coming thru the air vents. Heating system blew cold air before warming up.

Nice, clean place. There was one staff person who was less than friendly but most of the others were nice. This being a blue green location it was not quite up to same amenities and luxury as some of the other locations we've stayed at previously. It was nice but I think we'd probably choose somewhere else for the price.

We stayed in a studio which was larger than expected. It had king bed with couch and table and small refrigerator along with cook top and microwave. There were enough kitchen equipment. There were a few activities planned. Also there were indoor outdoor pools and hot tubs. The out door pool closed while we were there. Putt putt was fun.

Love staying here and excellent amenities and service but the carpet was super dirty and they were having some serious tv problems. Other than that we had a stellar time yet again Stayed a monday and left on Friday 9-11 to 9-15

We enjoyed staying here. It was clean and comforatable. It was close to Lake Taneycomo and we had a kayak where you could put in at the free access. There were a lot of acticities on the property too. The laundry facilities were nice to have close.

Our grandchildren loved the resort and all the activities available. It is in a good location for other events in Branson. The resort is highly used and therefore is constantly remodeling needed sections. 2 bedroom accommodations are large and comfortable.
