It’s a pretty old hotel and it shows. The system they have for breakfast is odd. Everyone was very friendly though and the rooms were clean.

the food options in the restaurant were great.only open in the morning however. no night food. we did have spiders and cobwebs in our first room but moved us to another room with no bugs. they did give us a small compensation for all the trouble. snack machines were empty. very convenient location to silver DOLLAR CITY

Stay was alright... the bed was just ok nothing special the ac unit didnt work properly and rattled like crazy the property is ok nothing fancy it gets it done but for the prices they definitely need to update the old gingy carpet. pillows and beds could use a revamp and some maintenence on the rooms, overall was it was ok and was close to the park which was nice, but for 200 bucks a night theres better hotels for your dollar

The staff was wonderful and accommodating. Once we got to our room we started to unpack and I walked into the bathroom and noticed MOLD everywhere on the ceiling. Not a little bit, but a lot. We have a 10 month old so there was no way I felt safe to stay there. They gave us another room, which at first seemed better, but of course there was still a little bit of mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. I then realized that the bathroom countertop was never cleaned. I went to change my clothes next to the bed the when my foot touched the floor is was cold and wet. I truly don't want to know what it could've been, but at this point, I will not be choosing a BW in the future.

Everything was great. We loved that the pool was open late, my son wished it was open at 7AM but that’s understandable! Breakfast service was a little slow, we weren’t expecting a dining service with breakfast but maybe that’s common.

Good nights sleep!

Great value for the dollar. Beds were super soft and I’m a bed snob. I can’t sleep on most hotel beds comfortably. Felt smaller than a queen bed though but still slept fine! AC ran all night nice and cool! Shower pressure was nice and strong and with four people we never ran out of hot water. Breakfast is included in your stay. You get a “gift card” to redeem at the restaurant we went for breakfast around 8am and got seated immediately. Food was fast and portions were huge! Were there a couple scratches and digs in places. Of course. Did that effect out stay? No. I am glad I switched to this hotel from our original reservation down the road. We will stay again for our next family trip to Branson and SDC.
