Location and layout were great. Appliances, electrical and plumbing were in working order. Furniture was great. We however had one huge issue. On Monday, our second day, at 11:23 AM we received a text informing us that carpet cleaners were coming that day. I texted back that it was not convenient as we had no warning. We were already on our way to golf. We were given no choice in the matter and told not to worry they would let themselves in. We had our dog with us we also had left valuables out in plain sight. We were not about to risk our dog being let loose so we had to cancel our tee time last minute and return. I requested an arrival time as we also had plans that evening. They said they would be there at 2:00. They did not come until 4:30 and despite requests we had no updated notifications. We had to cancel our evening plans. This resulted in a stressful and quite upsetting start to our vacation. We were very uncomfortable with the lack of security as the third parties had codes to enter whenever. The linens and bedding were not great. The towels and sheets are old and dingy. No towels were put out for our arrival. The Master bedroom had only one lamp, the living room one so no reading light The kitchen was well equipped. The screen porches were great The kitchen was well equipped. Cleaning was sub par old kleenexes and dust balls under the beds. We would cautiously recommend. Deficiencies would be easily rectified
