Close to the beach. Had everything we needed for going to the beach except a cooler and a wagon. Older home, but still nice for the price. The beds are not comfortable.Things that would have elevated the stay: better pillows, extra blankets, a broom, a cooler, and a wagon for carrying the beach chairs and umbrellas.

Nice location, pool was good. But had 8 people. seating in living room for only 5. Dinner table seated 6. Couldn’t use 4 chairs on first floor patio as they had no cushions. Only 5 coffee cups, no potholders. Dryers was very noisy. no brush to clean grill and no grilling utensils so couldn’t use grill.

The check-in was not as seamless as other rentals. We could not pull up the link for some form we had to sign so we had to make calls to figure out how to get in.The location was probably the best thing about the house and it’s very roomy. One thing that would help with the rental is better water pressure in the kitchen sink in the upstairs shower. Also, the dryer made a lot of noise like it was going to fall apart or explode. But otherwise everything was great.

Great location! 1 block from the beach. Chairs, towels, beach toys all provided. 1.3 miles away from grocery store and shops. Covered porches were perfect for mornings and evenings. House was spacious with all the basics.

The location is excellent. The house is older and not renovated. The worst part of the house are the beds. The beds are old and overall furniture is very old.

Great Family Vacation on Anna Maria Island!

Beach chairs, blankets and umbrellas are included! Spacious property with four bedrooms, three baths, two balconies with ocean views and a private pool. The walk to the beach is an easy walk about 1 1/2 blocks away. Grill is available and there is covered off street parking.

Property was beautiful but needs some attention to safety features such as no handrail going into the pool, no cover on filter hole, stepping stones on side of house uneven and no smoke detectors that work. We were one hour delayed getting codes to get in from the host until we called vrbo to help us which was taken care of immediately. Thank you vrbo. Beach, restaurants, location to all is Fantastic. House provides beach chairs and other accessories which was a plus. Would definitely stay again.

Anna maria spring break

Great location, very roomie , check in was delayed didn't get code to door for @ 1 hour after arriving and there was no broom . Even though we tried not to bring sand inside r still happened. House did have beach gear such as chairs and umbrellas. I would stay again.

Wonderful high vibe home!

We loved this place and would highly recommend. Location is great for walking to town on the Island and the front and back decks are so nice for watching the sun come up and go down. Plenty of beautiful space for a family. Showers were great and the private pool was nice, but too cool to use on our visit.
