Will stay here again

Amazing location across the road from Bradenton Beach. Clean and comfortable stay for the 9 of us. We had issues with Wifi that took some time to correct. A main pipe burst and we were told our water was going to be shut off till it was fixed, possibly next day. After telling plumber we had children in both units, he worked to make sure our water wasn't shut down. We requested 3 more beach towels on arrival, but never received them, so we just washed our bath towels daily. Overall, we would stay here again! Amazing memories were made! Few bumps in the road, but that did not ruin our vacation.

Probably worst place I stayed

Nothing works. Dishwasher was probably never ran for weeks. U couldn’t even open it because it smelt so bad. Looks like the only thing that is ever cleaned is the sheets. The washer for ur clothes was also broken and the manager of the place never responded when we needed that fix asap.garbage disposal still has food left in it. It was honestly a hot mess. Not worth ur money.wouldnt book with vacasa again. Terrible!

The place is very pretty, layout is spectacular for family being together. Anna Maria Beach is beautiful. I would have nothing bad to say about this property if it was taken care of. Our stove was cracked across the burners, the oven had terribly hot spots When we arrived, there was a 2x4 and a hammer on the kitchen counter, the garbage disposal didn’t work nor did the dishwasher. I called about the disposal and the repairman was kind, personable and ended up having to replace the whole thing. We left our medicine bag in the closet so I called to see if it is been found. Had to pay $25 just for their corporate people to ask the local maids if they had found it. We never got a straight answer. Called daily for updates. Their communication was good but they never had info. Finally they told us that they couldn’t put prescriptions in the mail so they were very sorry. When I asked if they had found the whole bag or just the prescriptions, we got the run around again. I never asked them to mail anything, we were going to drive back up and pick them up in person. I finally discovered with no help from them that they never found them at all so all the replies by phone calls and texts were a waste time. The policy states that if you leave something behind, it is a $25 fee plus shipping costs to have it returned. Nowhere does it state that it would cost $25 plus tax to ask if something had been found. I will definitely think more than twice before booking a Vacasa property again.

Golf outing

The whole process was seamless. We had 8 guys (age 35-52) for our golf outing. Place was literally across the street from the beach. Parking was spacious and easy in/out. Place was clean and spacious. Master bedroom was huge with a huge bathroom. Easy walk to a bunch of beach bars (or you can take the free trolley). Overall a great experience
