Location for Ascot amazing, lovely staff food and drinks excellent. Room could do with updating and toilet/shower room was from a motorhome style but did the job. Very accomodating with fans for rooms in the hot weather and all round very good 👍

It was a basic room, so you get what you pay for, the location was perfect for me. Not too impressed there was no hot water in the morning for a shower, yes I waited a good while for it to heat up. Staff were lovely & I would stay again if I needed.

Freezing room Delapidated and just horrible Cracks No mirror in bedroom with plug point Just one towel each Could feel the springs on the mattress Decor from the seventies Mismatched furniture They had a fire couldn’t get in room till 630 We booked a pub so we could have drinks that was off Tried to call about room but mailbox was full call didn’t go through Should have trusted my instinct and listened to the other terrible reviews

Hi I found the bed very uncomfortable (springs were close to the surface) this is the bed furthest away from the window.the toilet cistern doesn’t flush properly and is embarrassing to leave. It needs a new valve as water is not filling quickly enough.

All good toilet very small but very clean and tidy, there was a lot of noise at 5.30 am sounded like dray men or bin men must have woken everyone in the hotel, otherwise good would stay again

Staff were friendly. Hotel was clean but was very basic. The room was cold and there was no heating on. The mattress on the bed could do with being replaced.
