I was very pleased with hotel, especially for the price I paid. It had a rustic feel and very clean. The lady checking me in, after midnight, was very cheerful.
Hair in the bathroom in the floor, wall and towel. Dirty mirror. Breakfast was disgusting.
The rooms were not very clean and the bed that I slept in had a large hole in the mattress that was extremely uncomfortable. The shower was dirty and there was dried dirt in the corner of our room. It was also freezing in the room. The "heater" was below bed level and only went on for 15 seconds (I counted!) at a time and went off every 30-45 minutes. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was nice.
Unhappy that I could’ve $20 less had I waited to pay at check in! I feel orbitz owes me $20 due to your b st rate guarantee policy

Nice hotel in beautiful Livingston, MT. I went for a concert in Bozeman, but I stayed here because it was a great value. The hotel had an indoor swimming pool, and it also had a heated indoor garage for your car. The bathroom looked a little old, and it didn’t seem to have ventilation. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay

I would pay little more, just to avoid this place. Not sure if it's common around this area. But this hotel is not worth the $$.. It looks kinda like a barn inside, never got any shampoo after asking them multiple times.. Had to ask the guy at the front desk to dig out some, which was nice of him. Breakfast is ok and nice to have tea available 24/7, but pool is something I would not jump into. No hot tub. Shower was filthy.. Door kept making noise due to the draft, because everything was loose, so had to stick a cardboard in it, which helped a little not to be waken up in the middle of the night by it.. parking is ok actually.. pillows smelled weird, so was hard to fully relax not knowing if they were actually washed..
Nice and clean bummed the restaurant inside had been closed down they need to update their website as I waiting to eat anticipating eating there. Only to find out it had been closed they still had the special signs out. But over all it was a Great place to stay.
The entire booking experience ducked and the person checking people in had no idea what he was doing. I was asked to sign a paper acknowledging the rate ($48 less than Orbitz charged) and then was told I never should have seen that. So they acknowledged I was being ripped off but I was never supposed to find out. Then they charged me TWICE more for the same room at a higher rate than the accepted rate I signed for. You sink into the beds and the bathtubs are disgusting. Unbelieveable what you get for a room you paid for THREE TIMES.
