We booked this hotel thinking it would be a great place to stay to arrive, pool closed, trash all over, grease smeared on tables windows, white powered stuff by bed, bathroom door falling apart and a lot more. People living in tents in the parking garage. We immediately called orbitz to get a new reservation and ended leaving and getting a different hotel. Do not stay here.
Perfect for my budget
Stay away! The pictures on Orbitz makes this place look good. HOWEVER, this property is FILTHY, FUNKY, CRUSTY and not worth your money nor the price. Holes in the ceiling while walking to room. I had to switch rooms. —> First room: the toilet was leaning. The air conditioner was running then it started smoking and smelling so I requested to switch to another room. —> Second room: the bathroom door was swollen looks like it’s from water damage. My daughter noticed roaches when she was in the bathroom. Later when I got up at about 4:00 am (morning) to use the restroom I turned on the bathroom light there was a roach party happening in there. I couldn’t go back to sleep. Then in the morning a roach was on my belongings. The front desk takes forever to answer the phone. The front desk lady is nice and was the best part of trip. I requested a refund for my terrible encounter and the hotel declined the refund. The hotel did not offer any form of compensation. Again I am warning you DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Spend an extra $10-20 at a better hotel and actually feel at peace.
Beware!! This place is a scam nothing like it’s pictured. I’m so upset with these people. This hotel should be banned. First room on third floor carpet was damp smelled like pee, crack, and once lights are turned on, roaches started scattering around on the walls inside the fridge, in the bathroom. Then, I tried to get another room. She gave me a room on the first floor and it had no toilet paper, a roach was crawling on the door before even opening it and once I opened it, the roaches scattered ran behind the fridge, on the back frame off the bed. This hotel has crackheads and homeless people shooting up in the parking lot. I’m so upset with them. The elevator isn’t working properly and hasn’t had inspections in a long time. They have this as nonrefundable so it was a hassle to leave!!

Trash in the garage, stains on walls and ceiling, no base plates for electric outlets, appeared to be a residential hotel more than a tourist stop, TV didn’t work, after it was fixed, it didn’t hook up to wifi, insect on the floor in the hallway, we left after one hour to find another place to stay.

This property should NOT be allowed to use pictures taken from the 1990's when this hotel was in its prime. The picture you see on Orbitz is not what you will get when checking in. I even questioned whether I was at the correct hotel when standing in the barren (yet clean) lobby. It's a bait and switch. The condition of the hotel is very poor. Apparently they are in the midst of some level of renovation but it's just putting lipstick on a pig. I was in a room that I believe was renovated, but the wall cracks, holes and patches, were still evident through that fresh coat of paint. Not to mention the bathroom door separating and a broken toilet seat. I did appreciate the tile floor rather than carpet. Tile can always be thoroughly cleaned while carpet can not. Hot water was available in the shower, but failed to materialize in the sink. TV reception was poor. The roach on the wall was not a welcome greeting when I awoke my final morning. This hotel is definitely a budget facility. I was happy to check out.

Its an old building, lots of cracks in the walls, paint chipping off, really old and dingy carpet. Staff was polite and accommodating.
close to highway. not a bad hotel but clerk at check in was more interested in her phone than my check in. room's entrance light did not work. tv reception was a 50-50 crap shoot. only there over night so stay was ok

The place was falling apart. Literally In the room was beat up. Bathroom sink was falling off, bathroom door had been kicked in, and was missing a door handle, shower wall was broken and imbedded in the wall
It could be a great spot but needs a huge upgrade and the pool pump was inoperable so the pool was green and a hazard
I stayed there from Puerto Rico for 6 nights, they say online continental breakfast, none the pool was green, the staff was rude when u asked for replacement towels or anything else, my tub was backed up for all the days, I complained since the first day nothing was done.😒
