Cathederal ceiling in living area with an enclosed Florida room with views of the golf course. The kitchen complete with a garden view that flows into an breakfast area overlooking the fairways. Primary suite includes vaulted ceiling, walk-in closet, renovated bathroom with dual sinks, tub and walk-in shower. Enjoy the outdoors in the covered patio off the dining area. There is a community pool available. A golf cart is included with the rental and Golf Club membership is available with a separate expense to the tenant.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features 2 bathrooms and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.
