Overall the house was very nice and clean. It had enough beds for the whole group. The surrounding areas are beautiful; downtown Petoskey is a great place to go shopping and get lunch. The house just needs a few updates but other than that it was a great stay.

We had 3 families in for a ski weekend. The accommodations were great! Lots of sleeping space and had an extra kitchen in the basement. Archie and Vince were great with information and available for any issues or concerns. Access to the chair lift was a quick walk from the house.

Beautiful Home

We had the most wonderful stay here at Boyne! The house was very clean and comfortable!! Plenty of room for all of us to stay and hangout! I would recommend this house 10/10! Only one suggestion is a larger rug inside the front door! Thank you again for a wonderful weekend!!

Great getaway

We had such a fantastic family getaway. This house is setup for more than one family to easily stay together. It is comfortable and well-equipped. Two important points we notified the management about: the stairs up to the front door are treacherous in the winter (we highly suggest going through the basement or side door) and the heat is difficult to manage between floors (hot on one, cool on the other).

Had the Best Time

Was a great place to relax and be together after a day of fun on the slopes. There is a lift right down the road, so easy to come and go if you want to eat or just take a break. Water park is right down the road as well, so makes things convenient. Town is 4 miles away so that was convenient also! Bedding and Towels were soft as could be! Was nice to have a washer and dryer to wash a quick load after a couple days to have fresh again. We will definitely be back to this house. We had a wonderful time together there!!

Wonderful place!!!

My family(my parents, boyfriend and my two children and myself) stayed for 4 nights. Check in and communication with the management company was flawless!! The place was just as described. Close to the waterpark, and Mackinac Island ( about an hours drive). The linens that were provided were so nice and cozy- no scratchy towels or sheets here!! Definitely recommend!!

Great rental!

We loved our stay. The rental was spacious and held our large group without feeling on top of each other. Super clean and you could tell it was newly renovated. Archie and Vince were super helpful and were quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Family ski trip

We had a wonderful Super Bowl weekend up North. This condo is perfectly appointed for our two families with teenagers. There was plenty of room!! We have been coming up to Boyne for years and this was one of the best places we’ve stayed. It is much more up to date than a lot of the others. We had everything we needed. It is a just a quick walk to the slopes. Thank you for the amazing memories!!!

5 Star Service and Stay

From booking, this listing was nothing but easy and a wonderful experience. Great place for family to gather for both skiers and non skiers. Close enough to walk to the slopes but excellent service from the free Boyne shuttle for those in our family who preferred to ride. Host checked in and was accessible for any inquires we would have. Highly recommend

Superb stay.

Great unit. Super clean . Phenomenal decor and design. Comfortable beds which are key for us. Well appointed kitchens for routine meals - there is a separate one in the floor level. Easy to use tvs! Excellent hosts w/great communication would stay again!
