Being disturbed numerous times even when there is a do not disturb hanging on the door, twice 2 separate old men at 2 different times. Then we were getting ready to leave and I was taking things to the car and my wife was getting dressed and then she heard a knock on the door and then was opened by one of your employees for room service even when there was a do not disturb on the door!!

I did the app check-in which is nice. My only complaint was my room key on my phone did not open my door multiple times. I did go down to the front desk to get a room key. I got a little pushback from the person at the front desk because I didn't have my ID. That was stuck in my hotel room. Thankfully I had my phone so I could show him my reservation. It was a very convenient location for where I needed to be and a quiet hotel.

We’ve stayed all over. This is probably my favorite! I loved the simple aspect of the hotel and the proximity to everything. More than that, I thought he staff was well beyond anything I’ve encountered before. They were SO personable and real. You don’t get that much. Robert at check in was an incredible person and just made everything great! The lady at breakfast was making sure everyone had what they needed and was wishing people happy holidays with cheer in her face. Hands down stay here if in Bowling Green.
