Nice stay, beds was very comfortable! Breakfast was good
Biker gang having a loud party in the courtyard until midnight.
We weren't able to get our kids to bed because the pullout couch bed didn't have sheets on it, they weren't where they were supposed to be, and it took over an hour to get them delivered to our room. The mattress on the pullout was disgusting. We almost didn't use it once we got the sheets.
Our room was a non-smoking room however the stench of stale cigarette smoke was obviously notable. The condition of hotel was very worn, dirty, bathroom was overcaulked and appeared dirty. Additionally, there were a number of workers, guessing guests, lurkin in the hallways, grouped together, others on phone speaking in foreign language. No idea what their plans are, fearful car would be broken into.
It's a pretty basic Ramada hotel and not much more. If you are looking for a simple stay to break up a road trip then it'll do the job. If you are looking for anything more you may want to keep looking. The breakfast is mediocre at best and the bathrooms are quite outdated. My room was clean overall.
While the bedding smelled bleach clean the room smelled old and off. The room itself was clean. Restaurant was huge but offered basic Sports Bar food. Not one option for a true Celiac traveler. We picked this property as after a 8 hour drive we wanted to not have to drive for dinner. This property served it's purpose but will not make our list for a return visit. Retired Travelers.
The bed in #124 was so hard that after passing out from exhaustion for 4hrs after being awake for 36hrs. I hurt so bad in every joint from the hard bed that I couldn’t go hock to sleep. I decided to take a scolding hot shower to help sooth my joints and muscles but soon realized the tub was clogging and the standing water was making for a slippery situation. I ended up sleeping sitting up on the couch because it was more comfortable.
The breakfast was excellent. The noise in the hallway from the bar was not great at all.
Room was flooded when tub or shower was used... clothes all wet on floor
The price is decent with a good location close to InterState65 and many restaurants. It has free breakfast with minimal selection and is pet friendly. The property itself is pretty old and has a bad smell likely mixed with cigarettes and mold. The room is relatively small and the mattress can not really support my body for a good sleep.
Liked the bar and room service couldn't enjoy it all due to the pandemic
Service is excellent, Condition of bathrooms is decrepit
people at the desk friendly and helpful My granddaughter left her cell phone at the front desk while we were checking out and desk clerk ran it out to us. Breakfast was great pool was well taken care of. Room was clean and comfortable
I enjoyed the swimming pool being open til 10 pm and the breakfast was great. The staff was eger to help. Thank you for the great stay.
Outstanding feature is the personnel—the front desk and breakfast room staff are personable, friendly and efficient. They are primary reason I return there. Negative features are lack of safety in bathroom—no grab bars to assist in getting in and out of tub; And lack of small repairs, such as commode that flushes automatically every 5 minutes or barely-running water in lavatory. ( 2 problems I have recently encountered.)
Great place to stay so many eating options close by!! Shopping as well ...very clean!!
The locations is quite convenient, very close to both I-65 and Scottsville road. My room was quite large and even had a nice sitting area with a sofa. Breakfast was included, although, except for the fresh fruits, most of it was very high carb. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.
