Facilities seemed cheap, as though room price should be less.
Only big issue is i had to check out at 430am to catch a flight, no one at thr desk, i rang the buzzer twice and waited but no one showed and i had to leave my key on the counter for just anyone to take.
Facilities were outdated, dirty and in disrepair. First room had standing water in tub. Moved rooms and the second’s overhead light did not work at all and AC unit was poor. There appeared to be many people staying here on a long term basis. Quite the party outside in ‘couryard’ during early AM hours. Will not return, stayed on alert for safety.
My room was super nice and they rates were very affordable. Good value for money.
Pics looked nice. Needs more than just a fresh coat of paint. Shower was gross. Molded caulk and stained. Old worn out fixtures throughout room. Wasn’t expecting the Hilton, but certainly expected better than it really was due to pics looking newly remodeled. Could have been cleaner for sure!
This place was so comfortable. I slept so well. The staff were so nice. The room did have a heavy smoke smell, but I chose a smoking room since I vape. So a smoke smell is to he expected. If you need a cheap place to stay in Bowling Green, I definitely recommend it.
Filthy, defunct, will not stay again. Beds were not changed from previous guests, floors not cleaned, bathroom moldy, shower floods bathroom, walls filthy
This is going to sound like one of Trump's tweets, except that I will write in complete sentences and it's not fake news. The room was poorly insulated in terms of sound; I could clearly hear next-door neighbor's coughing and TV. There was a cigarette stain (or something worse?) on the paper-thin polyester bedspread. The floors were actually sticky, except for the floor of the shower, which is a slippery accident waiting to happen—in a so-called accessible room. And the wrinkled pillowcases looked as if someone had already slept on them. It was not a comforting place to sleep.
Is an OK hotel, needs updating. Definitely didn't know I was getting a smoking room, but was a horrible smell all weekend... could at least put air fresheners in the room. Even our clean towels reeked of smoke when going to use them after a shower.. and switch out the switch in bathroom where you don't have to have the fan on the whole time you are in there with the light on..so loud and annoying!
Needed a place to spend the night and found this one at a good price. Rooms are small but well equipped with refig and microwave.
Everything was top of the line for your basic 2star hotel. Just wish they had better quality mattresses.
There needs to be a rule; only use 1 washer and 1 dryer at a time. The beds aren't very comfortable. The neighbors above us and beside us were very noisy. Didn't like the parking. The lady that checked us in was super nice and very informative on where were could find everything. I would stay again.
