The property is in a good location and close to shops and restaurants. The room we stayed in was slightly dirty, the bed was hard with uncomfortable pillows, and the shower head in the bathroom couldn’t be adjusted so the water only sprayed out very hard. We were traveling with our 4 year old so she was unable to take a shower because of how hard the water sprayed out and the tub was stained/dirty so I didn’t feel comfortable in giving her a bath.
These suites are excellent. The living area is spacious and well appointed. As a business traveler who usually stays in your typical hotels, this was a wonderful step up. And, it was very reasonably priced. They did not service the room at all during the stay, but I think with was due to all of this covid 19 business. Highly recommend these accomodations!
We were charged by orbitz, then charged again by the hotel for the same room and night. I went there for my sisters funeral and this is how i am treated. Shame.
Hotel was great. Staff were very Friendly. Pool was nice and warm. Breakfast was good. They had a good selection. Room was big and comfy.
Hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My experience was so that I would like to request that hotel when I pass through again.

Loved this hotel! Usually stay at a different chain closer to WKU, but this might be our new favorite! Big rooms, queen beds that are super comfy, nice size indoor pool and even an outdoor grill with a good size seating area for families on a budget! The staff was super friendly and complimentary breakfast! Only thing missing, full length mirror in the room but the kitchen and super big closet makes up for it! Love! Love! Great location, close to the mall, tons of restaurants and close to I-65.
This was our second time staying at a TownPlace Suites but the first time at this location. Hotel was very clean and the suite offered us plenty of space to spread out. It was very quiet and we enjoyed a very restful night's sleep. Our room was ready early and my husband was able to check in and rest while I was getting ready for the wedding. Breakfast was good, both hot and cold items were available. Pool was clean and we enjoyed a dip before we left. The large map painted on the lobby wall was convienent for our first time in the area. We wished we could have stayed another night. Will definitely be back if we ever need to stay the night in a Bowling Green hotel again.
