The staff was exceptional—warm, attentive, and truly made the stay memorable. Meals were a highlight, with breakfast and dinner included, plus a generous selection of snacks and soft drinks throughout the day. Amenities like the pool, hot tub, and fitness center added a relaxing touch. The room met expectations, with fresh linens and a comfortable setup. However, the floor could have used a deeper clean, and the air conditioner had a noticeable musty odor. Overall, a fantastic value for the experience. We’re already looking forward to returning.

First I would like to say the staff was excellent! Very friendly, extremely helpful, and engaging! The hotel was rated a 9.4 but was more a 7-7.5. The place was dated and rundown. They did have a sign saying they were doing remolding once we got there but the reviews did not match what we saw. The bathrooms had peeling caulking and flooring in the tubs, stains on the ceilings in the living space, and the mattresses needed replaced with the pillows. The worst part of the hotel, which the hotel cannot control, is the noise from the highway and streets around. It was 24/7. Engine reving and street racing 2 days in a row at 1 am. The pool and hot tub were nice but the hot tub jets need fixed as they spray in an upward manner and most of the water just gets thrown out of the tub. We appreciate the staff but this hotel needs work.

The hallway carpets were so stained & gross that my husband and I didn’t want to enter our guest room with the shoes we walked to our room in. This wasn’t just one hallway-it was chronic. We stayed on a Thursday night-elevator floors were disgusting, with spills and stains that had blackened with absorbed dirt-had not been mopped in quite some time-was obvious that management didn’t see or care. The tile floor by the ice machine was so dirty that I didn’t want the ice. Our room “seemed” clean but the journey to the room was so bad that it ruined any goodwill. Breakfast was very good & well kept-kudos there. Cleanliness is the hallmark of a hotel and the untended public floors erased our desire to stay at a Drury hotel again. I originally thought it was a luxury hotel brand but it is in decline. I had a terrific experience 15 years ago but 2 bad experiences in the past 10 years. I just won’t choose them again.

Booked room for my elderly in laws and hotel staff were very rude to them. Told them they couldn’t stay there and pushed them out on the streets while they were lost and stranded. I talked to the staff, and they informed me that because I booked the room for them they couldn’t stay. Who turns lost and stranded elderly people away? Staff are very rude and have zero customer service.
