Good service from desk putting together two separate reservations due to changed plans. Prompt and accurate help with cable TV problems due to recent change in system. Room, breakfast, facilities all very good.

Wanted something close to Mammoth Cave National Park that was safe, clean and affordable. This was exactly what we wanted! Breakfast wasn't anything special but as long as they had coffee I was content and breakfast wasn't our main thing that we were looking for. Would definitely stay here again.

The accommodations were very nice as motels go. I would use them again. But, the mattress is so uncomfortable by the second night I almost slept on the floor. My only complaint.

I was very pleased with this hotel. It was not expensive, it was clean and the staff were very helpful.

The desk lady was very friendly and helpful. Motel location near expressway and resturants . Breakfast had a great selection. Room was clean and comfortable with big screen tv. Best motel I have stayed in for many years.

Great location, easy access to Mamouth Cave. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Decent breakfast, but very small room to sit. Perfect stopover on the way to the gulf.

We arrived late and left early in the morning, but we had a good time. Hotel was clean, well-located, and the continental breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Exactly as I expected it.

The hotel managers & staffs were very friendly and nice. The place was also clean and so close to the cave. Will certainly recommend it to friends.

A bit crowded for breakfast; the location is a good stop over for a short visit to the nearby NP.

Hotel is in a safe looking area, very well lit parking lots. Has a nice in-ground pool and hot tub. Our room had a mini fridge and microwave. Also there was a nice hot breakfast in morning. Some bad about the room was upon checking in we went into our room the first time and we had about 8-10 fly's in our room, I called to front desk and asked them if they had any fly spray and the clerk told me no but they had a fly swatter. I told them never mind and we ended up opening the door and waving towels to get them out. We left for the day and when we got back that night the room had about 6 more inside it again, don't know where they came from but they weren't there when we left and windows were closed up and do not disturb was on door and our room hadn't been cleaned so had to have been something inside room. Two other cons about the rooms cleanliness is the first night we found 1 piece of dog feces under the desk area and it was supposed to be no pets, and on top ledge of shower I found a burnt cigarette that had been missed by housekeeping, I am 6 foot 2 and my wife and son couldn't see it until I pointed it out so I doubt the person cleaning could have seen it either. It is the cleanest hotel for the area but the overall area is 20 years past its prime and many shops within a mile are either Rock shop type souvenir shops or many closed down tourist stores. Closed for good not for season. We stayed here in mid June. If I came back to area I would probably stay here again or go to another town further away cause this was by far the best option for the town.

Overall a good place to stay. Room clean and comfortable. Good hot breakfast, but breakfast room very small and crowded.

We have been staying there for work for 5 weeks now. The rooms are clean and that's important. Have had problems with some rooms with the a /c . They have no work out room. Plus breakfast doesn't start early enough for us to use it. That would be a big plus if we could get in at 5 am just for the fruit and cereal. There is a lot of construction workers just line staying there with the same problem

A good stay, ordinary but the best in Cave City...

Best Western had given my family no reason not to stay here again. The location was ideal, our room was clean and it was quiet. The breakfast had a few hot items on it, but we ate yogurt, fruit and cereal for the 3 days we were there. Had a microwave and a mini fridge in our room along with a coffee maker. Again, our room was clean and simple.

Motel is a decent place to stay. Room was clean. Had water damage on wall in bathroom. Refrigerator would not get cold

Arrived at the hotel 2hrs. early and requested to use a restroom. Unfortunately, the restrooms were not in service. Staff did not offer other options and had to go someplace else. Also, if you want breakfast, you better be up early or you may not find any. Aside from that inconvenience, the room was comfortable and clean. Location is great for Mammoth Caves, canoeing, and other attractions.

was very impressed with cleanless not only in rooms but also all the rest of the hotel. dining area and food amount needed attention. would stay again.

The hotel is perfectly located and has clean, well equipped rooms, and a decent breakfast in the morn. However our one-night stay was spoiled by the paint-fumes largely present in the room. On request to change the room, was told, that all rooms were freshly painted and hence no alternatives were available.

Decent breakfast. Don't wait for last minute: don't think they were replenishing items. Room was reasonably clean. What you'd expect for that price. Nothing extra special, but not diissatisfiied.

Been going to the Pro/Am 3gun Championship for 3 years now and have stayed at this same location every trip. It's excellent for the cost, located right off of 65 and has exterior access. Could use a little more parking closer to rooms on the back side but all in all it's a good comfortable stay.
