Check in was smooth, room was spotless and comfortable. Only nitpick was having less than half roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and no extra roll handy. First time in hundreds of hotel stays that there hasn't been an extra roll of tp provided. Breakfast was good. I would stay here again.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I couldn't get the hvac unit to work and I had trouble finding the switches to turn the lights on....There was no view from room 213 as the window overlooked the roof of the port cochere.....I was disappointed with the free breakfast. The area was clean and well-prepped with plenty of options, all good intentions, but the execution was not so good. My scrambled eggs were cold, the biscuts were stale and hard to cut and the toaster malfunctioned. All in all I thought the place was a good value ($96 on Expedia) and will look for more Sleep Inns in my travels.

Room was cold but clean. Staff was attentive but just went thru the motions. Coffee was just ok. Breakfast I realize was continental, but really the bottom end of options. The bed was comfortable. Parking was good. Did not use pool. Location and cleanliness and comfort of bed would bring me back.

The room felt dirty. The bedding and towels were old, thin, and uncomfortable. The free breakfast was very sad and given the general unclean feel, we did not eat any of it. We’ve stayed at plenty of hotels like this and this one did not feel worth the cheap stay.

Awful experience. When I checked in at 7:00pm the room hadn’t been cleaned at all. There was debris on the floor. Garbage in the can. Chairs all over the place. Bath towels on the floor of the shower. The hairdryer and tissue container in the bathroom sink. I went down and told the desk clerk. He argued with me the towels were clean (!) and just put there by the painting crew. He said he’d have the room cleaned. I went out to a commitment for two hours. When I returned two hours later he handed me a stack of towels and told me just put the others outside the door. He also told me the toilet paper roll wasn’t changed because of tariffs. Yes. Tariffs. The room wasn’t cleaned in that time even after giving them grace to do so. Not a thing was fixed. I was exhausted so I just dealt with it. Only to realize the room was filled with paint fumes. I woke several times in the night feeling suffocated from them and a sore throat. Who paints a room and has guests in it an hour later? If it hadn’t been so late I would have left. Plus? There was no help or apology when I first brought it to their attention, so why bother? In the morning the hot breakfast consisted of self made waffles and biscuits and gravy. They had cereal but no milk. It was fine. Wasn’t expecting much. Coffee and juice were fine. I left with a migraine all day and a sore throat from the fumes. I can see on most days if the room has been taken care of and time for the fumes to dissipate it’d be better.
