Booked several months ago for first floor, non smoking room. Was stuck in a smoking room that reeked of cigarette smells. Ran next door to the Pilot station and bought freebreeze and Lysol. Didn't help. Supposedly they were booked and couldn't give us an appropriate room, but there was only a handful of cars in the parking lot. Wife's handicapped, so we were stuck. Won't return to this place.
They cancelled our reservations had nowhere to go in Kentucky came all the way down from Nashville wouldn't give us a room for the regular price that they had they were charging us $130 for home that was so so rude I think we need a free stay.........
When we made our reservation we didn't realize that all rooms are reached from outside and there was no elevator to the 2nd floor. So we did not reserve a 1st floor room even though we were traveling with someone with physical issues making it difficult to maneuver stairs. At check-in, we asked and were told that the hotel was full and they could not accommodate our request for a 1st floor room. All 3 nights that we were there, there were never more than 2 other cars in the parking lot besides ours and never any other people around. At least our side of the hotel seemed VERY empty.
This was an overnight stop on a road trip so the it was OK but this would not be a place for an extended stay. The room was sud par on the motel is next to a truck stop. This interchange does not have anynicer restaurants which turned into a good thing. A short drive into town where there are several places and charming.
We were only there for one night but it was a great value for the price and right next to the highway.
For an overnight stay on the Freeway this is a good stop. Nothing special or fancy just a room with a bed and shower. The refrigerator did not work and the A/C was a little noisy but for a quick stop this will work. It sits next to a couple of fast food places so you can walk over to get a bite and not have to drive. Good rates for the traveler. If passing through, I would stay here again.
I booked the hotel for a very cheap price. One attendant was not very good. She was ordering a pizza instead of checking me in. The attendant that checked me out was very friendly. The room I booked was also supposed to be nonsmoking but it smelled of smoke. That being said the deal was so good that it is hard to complain.
Room was very clean and the workers were very polite. The room was a little small and the door to the bathroom barely shut because it was too big and hit the toilet. Overall it was a very nice experience and would stay there again.
Room was clean and well-appointed. Bed was comfortable!!!
Very friendly staff willing to go that extra distance to make for a pleasant stay. My room faced a block wall separating me from the truck stop parking. I am a light sleeper but was never bothered by the air brakes or diesel engines. Nearby eating establishments::::not a wide selection. Bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. No Bugs. I will be staying there again in September.
this is the second time i make on line reservations-first with and second with [...] to stay at days inn. know that they do not gaurentee NON-smoking rooms when made on line. and this was second time we were put in tractor trailor horror-airbrakes all night long..very loud. and no other rooms available.
Quiet and clean. Doesn't have a lot of amenities like hotels with higher star rating, but it's a good deal for a two star motel... and fairly close to Nashville without the expensive rates found just inside the TN border.
I have enjoyed staying in other Days Inn hotels & had no problems or complaints. I thought the price was great until I was in my room, then I was disgusted to find out there was roachs. I will deffinately never stay at that location again but would possibly consider another location.
Convenient for my needs. Immediately off I-65.
We were in town to see family but there is quite a bit to do in the area. The location is great, right off the highway, gas stations and food within walking distance. This was the second time we've stayed here and had a very positive experience both times.
Room was clean. Very friendly staff.
